Founder of CT Debate

Andrew Park (He/Him)

Andrew is a graduated senior from Archbishop Mitty High School in San Jose, California, who enjoys working with his fellow debate peers and teammates across the national circuit. He was a former co-president for his Speech and Debate team and did five years of debate. His main goal is to make debate a welcoming and accessible extracurricular activity for all.

Neil Huang (He/Him)

Neil is currently a junior at Archbishop Mitty High School who has debated in both local and national circuits over the past three years. He currently serves as captain of his speech and debate team, collaborating with teammates to prepare and improve for tournaments. He hopes to help others find confidence in their speaking skills and achieve their own goals in debate.

Co-President

Param Raval (He/Him)

Param is a junior at Archbishop Mitty High School and a Vice President of his speech and debate team. He has experience in both the state and national circuits, in addition to mentoring and teaching others about speech and debate. He is working to sharpen the critical thinking skills of curious young minds while fostering confidence and leadership.

Vice President of Speech Module

Nithin Mahesh Chakravarthy (He/Him)

Nithin is a junior at Archbishop Mitty High School and a captain of interpretational events on his speech and debate team. He has competed for three years in both local and national circuits, focusing on interpretation events. Nithin aims to help others find the balance between performance and purpose, using storytelling to amplify meaningful messages and inspire confidence in public speaking.
